Brad Brkljacic is the owner and founder of Bramic Constructions and is a registered builder with over 20 years domestic and commercial building experience.
Brad's role as builder on your project involves:
- Providing a quote on the cost of the works.
- Securing a building permit from the building surveyor.
- Demolition and excavation (if required).
- Project managing the build, including all trades.
- Professional advice during the build process.
- Site rubbish removal.
- Completion of all building works.
- Building & public liability insurance during build.
- 10 years builders warranty on all structural works.
The builder on request can also:
- Organize all plans, permits or additional reports required prior to commencing the build.
- Liaise with your architect or draftsmen to help in the design process.
- Come out to site prior to house design to offer advice on orientation, excavation, environmental, utility and structural requirements.
Carpentry:
Bramic Constructions employs qualified and apprentice carpenters that will assist in completing all carpentry work to the highest of standards. Our team of local carpenters offers quality and experience with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. All have Working With Children Checks.
Excavation and Demolition:
Bramic Constructions offers excavation and demolition services.
This can be a costly part of the build process, so being able to offer this as an included service helps keep the cost down for the client.
Bramic Constructions can also be engaged for general demolition and excavation jobs unrelated to a build. Contact Brad, to discuss your project needs.
Pool Building:
If you are lucky enough to be including a pool in your project, Bramic Constructions can also manage the build of your pool as part of the project.
This can help keep cost down for the client and is often easier to manage logistically.
A quote for this cost can be included as part of your building quote.
Green Smart:
Brad is a registered HIA Green Smart builder, so has the knowledge and experience to source and utilize initiatives that reduce the carbon foot print of the build process, as well as provide advice on ecological and sustainable building solutions for the client. Where possible recycled materials, energy efficient initiatives and eco friendly methods are used during all build projects.
This includes:
- using sustainable building materials 
- minimising waste and responsible waste management
- monitoring and minimising unnecessary transport
- minimising printing and paper use
